I was aggravated looking for a new insurance company for auto insurance. I have been with the same company for at least 10 years and for the last few years I was having alot of issues with my rates. I understand rates go up but not at the amount they were giving me. Out of curiosity I called The Jones Agency and told Nick what was going on. He took my information and called me back in about an hour and he found me the same coverage but ALOT cheaper. I was very shocked at how much he saved me and how nice he was. Wish I would have contacted them along time ago.

The customer service was amazing, any questions I had were quickly answered and the staff is very helpful Wendy helped me throughout the whole process and she was very kind and understanding of my situation I highly recommend getting insurance thru this agency because I felt that they are more attentive to my needs and concerns then my previous or any other company’s
